Just as seeds have the inherent capacity to transform into mighty oak trees, so do all children possess the God-given gifts and talents that deserve to flourish. Our mission is to nurture these young minds, creating an environment where children are encouraged to explore, dream, and aspire to their heart's content. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to provide the fertile soil in which each child's dreams can take root and grow into a bright and promising future. Together, we nurture the potential within every child, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves and contribute positively to the world.

Wow, our very first career fair was an absolute blast! The turnout was beyond amazing, reaffirming the incredible power of aligning our will with God's divine plan. When you're on the right path, there's no stopping the good you can do for others. We've got some fantastic snapshots to prove it, featuring a wide array of exciting careers. From aviation to orthopedic surgery, IT to tailoring basics, USDA to Whole Foods, entomology to pest control/entrepreneurship, and DC Harbor Police to Arlington Firefighters, the list goes on and on. It's proof that when we come together to explore our passions, dreams can take flight! 🚀🌟 Thanks for your vision and obedience Dr. (McGann) Williams!

After gleaning valuable insights from the inaugural career fair, Dr. (McGann) Williams and her team rolled up their sleeves and went all out to make the 2nd Annual Career Fair an absolute hit! A massive debt of gratitude to Marymount University, the gracious hosts who open their campus to this venture year after year. Equally, a heartfelt thanks to the numerous volunteers who generously shared their passion and wisdom with these eager young minds. Their dedication and support have been instrumental in making each year's event even more exceptional than the last! What will Dr. (McGann) Williams and her team do for the 3rd year? Our Kidz First 3rd Annual Career Fair
As recognition is gained in the area of promoting our youths future, the schedule became increasingly packed. Managing the influx of eager career representatives was a challenge, but Dr. Williams and team pulled it all together seamlessly. The children are even more incredibly engaged at the Career Fair and the move of God is even more manifested with all the FREE gifts and raffle items for the children and volunteer teachers alike. It's truly remarkable! We've found that hands-on activities tend to capture their attention and enthusiasm even more effectively...
Our Kidz First 4th Annual Career Fair
The program expanded to a point where it caught the eye of the District Superintendent. Orchestrating such a substantial event requires a multitude of willing participants, and we are consistently thankful for the dedication of our interns and volunteers who contribute their time and effort every year to ensure the smooth flow of the children through the process. Dr. Williams pending military relocation, will have an impact on the over all program flow, as her blessed influence, dedication, motivation and tireless hard work will not be easily duplicated. We are prayerful that wherever her journey takes her, children will always be blessed by what she does and how she pours out her heart. Thank you Dr. Williams, and as always reminded, her team!
